Featured Recipe: Homemade Tomato Pasta
Ingredients:
- 200g pasta
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Chop tomatoes and garlic finely.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic, then add tomatoes.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
- Toss in the pasta, mix well, and serve warm.
